The current Coronvirus crisis is making it much more difficult for people to eat well. It is harder to get healthier foods and popping out to the local cafe or coffee shop now isn’t possible. This means you are going to have to be a little bit more creative with your food choices. If you do have access to online shopping make sure you plan healthier lunches and meals especially if you are not getting your usual exercise.
