Just got back from New York – loved it, was looking forward to getting on the plane at Manchester, all thanks to you. I kept thinking of all the things you said and the whole experience as calm and thoroughly enjoyable. Just to let you know I’ve been sleeping better each night over the last week, and not had one night where I couldn’t fall asleep. I was at the end of my tether when I got in touch with you thinking that I was just going to have to put up with this problem forever and as daft as it sounds I thought I’d forgotten how to fall asleep. I realise there’s always going to be night’s here and there where for whatever reason I get a bad night but just the fact that I have got to where I am now from where I was a couple of months ago has given me a lot of confidence for any problems I might have in the future.
