Self-Hypnosis for Weight loss is designed to help you visualise success as well as give you subconscious suggestions to change the way that you think about food. The more you practice self hypnosis for weight loss and emotional eating the more you are training your mind to practice making changes to the way that you eat.
When you try and lose weight there are two things that need to take place. Firstly you need to eat healthier food and pay attention to when you are really hungry. Mindful eating not dieting is a great way of helping you to stop eating meaningless calories when you are not hungry. Secondly you need to understand and change emotional eating patterns that occur even when you are full. If you don’t do this second part even when you know you are not hungry you will still continue to eat.

Sometimes our cravings for food are related to hunger but for the most part they are also created by an emotional attachment to that food. We are not craving for example chocolate but the happy feelings it gave us in childhood. The cravings control audio helps you to learn to control these cravings when they start.

Weight Loss by Self-Hypnosis
Weight loss by self-hypnosis helps to give you an additional helping hand when you are on a healthy eating regime. It is designed to help you be more aware of what you are eating and to help you change old patterns of behaviour that no longer suit your current lifestyle.
Each audio download lasts for around 25 to 30 minutes and at least one self-hypnosis for weight loss meditation should be used every day. I recommend starting with the weight loss mindset audio initially and then alternating between the other downloads.
Please note that to listen to these guided meditations for weight loss safely you should not use them anywhere you need to be alert. They are not suitable for use when operating machinery, driving, lying in the bath or looking after small children. The best place to listen to the audio is when you are relaxed in bed or in a comfortable chair and know that you will not be disturbed.
Remember you do not need to concentrate too intently on the words in the audio. Allow them to wash over you and allow your mind to drift off on its own thoughts.
